360 Drivers - Job Description
We are currently seeking skilled and experienced 360 Drivers for various job opportunities in the United Kingdom. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates who meet the requirements. As a 360 Driver, your main responsibility will be operating heavy machinery, specifically 360-degree excavators. You will be responsible for maneuvering the excavator to perform tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials on construction sites or other designated areas.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate 360-degree excavators safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Perform various excavation tasks, including digging trenches, foundations, and holes.
- Load and unload materials using the excavator, ensuring proper weightdistribution and secure transportation.
- Move and arrange materials, such as soil, rocks, and debris, as required.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on the equipment and report any faults or issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow project plans and instructions provided by supervisors to ensure work is completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that equipment is stored properly and securely.
Skills, qualifications, and experience required for the role
Valid and recognized certification to operate 360-degree excavators.
- Previous experience operating 360-degree excavators in a construction or similar environment.
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and safe working practices.
- Ability to interpret project plans, instructions, and specifications accurately.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in various locations within the UK, as per project requirements.
